Public service announcement: "Cyber Monday" deals

With any luck, I'll be on a flight to Dallas by the time you read this, not to return from Texas until Thursday. Never fail, blogging will continue apace, perhaps with a few Texan similes thrown in for good measure. None of that, though, will prevent me from doing my duty: Supplying you with the link to the massive "Cyber Monday" deals page at Amazon. Shop like a banshee, and be done by noon. Your boss will never notice.

Hope you have a good time in TX. Load up on the barbecue. A childhood friend once made a business trip to Dallas, right after having been on vacation in Italy.

The courtesy of male patrons in a C&W bar impressed her. She returned from TX, informing friends and family that "People are so courteous in TX. Whereas in the US..." Perhaps having just returned from Italy prompted her to say that. Or maybe TX IS another country, just like the TV ads say.
