Singin' 'n' dancin'

Showbiz with class: Finale to "Stormy Weather" 1943 with Cab Calloway, Bill "Bojangles" Robinson, Lena Horne and the Nicholas Brothers. Amazing stuff, so good that it reminds us what James Cameron can't do.

CWCID: Glenn Reynolds.

What can James Cameron do, not much when you compare it with any other movie made in the last century. Just watch, for example, "On the Waterfront", "A Hatfull of Rain", or (the movie that reminds me of Glenn Beck) "A Face in the Crowd", awesome. Starts on the page, great director and full on talented actors. It is perfection on so many levels.
Take that, Cameron!! Populist cinema, HA!!!

"(the movie that reminds me of Glenn Beck)"

The union bosses in "On the Waterfront" remind me of BO's crowd in the SEIU. Director Elia Kazan was ostracized for decades by the Hollywood left for that great picture, my all-time favorite.
