Public service announcement: World MS Day
Today is World MS Day. Consider giving to defeat this terrible disease and to sustain needy families who have been stricken by it.

I believe that giving money to these causes is actually counter productive. Could anyone name just one actual instance where direct funding for finding a cure has in fact found cures? The reason is simple, the people who are getting paid to find cures are getting paid to look for a cure, once found, they are out of a job. Usually the people who are doing it, not for the money, but because they have or someone close to them has the disease and they really want a cure. Does this link go to someone like that, or to pay some corporation?
