It is snowing in Maine
My cousin's year-long blog project is in the home stretch, only 25 days to go. My question: Will she ever be able to sleep past dawn again?

I've been getting up between 4:30 and 6 AM for most of my adult life...not to reflect on life, but just to meet work demands.
I find that it takes me about 7-10 days of consecutive days off to be able to sleep past 8 AM...and I usually have to ignore the mental alarm clock that wakes me anyway for a few minutes.
So I suspect she will re-adjust her biorhythm fairly quickly...if she wants to.
Early mornings are a wonderful time of day.
