Back from traveling

I just spent a wonderful long weekend visiting the TH Daughter in Salt Lake City and environs, and the only link I have to show for it involves edible wild plants. No, I didn't know dandelions had more iron than spinach, either.

More later. No, really.

And thank you for straightening out the debt thingy while I was gone.

You're welcome. Now, get back to work: you are way behind on links. Do you think we hang around here merely for the edible plant notes? The trenchant social criticism? The anti-fat people prejudice? The babes and the beer? Nope-it's links. And all that other stuff too. Now get going!

Dandelion is a wonderful food for humans, and is the first food of the Spring for bumblebees and honeybees.

Welcome back.

Had I known dandelions were so nutritious, perhaps I would have let them finish taking over my yard after I bought my house several years ago. At least that way I could have claimed to have started a vegetable garden by now!
